Insurance
Call your insurance provider to determine your copay, coinsurance, deductible, and other factors affecting your behavioral health care coverage.  

Also, confirm with your insurer that Dr. Soucar is in network with your particular plan.  

If your Blue Cross/ Blue Shield plan card shows a logo of a suitcase at the bottom corner, then Dr. Soucar may be able  to accept your insurance (Blue Card Network).  

Dr. Soucar is in network with many (but not all) plans with the following names:
